For EU orders, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order.

Some Koanna® products also include a 30-day risk-free trial, allowing you to try the product and return it if it doesn't meet your needs.

Return eligibility depends on the product and its condition. Certain hygiene products must remain sealed and unused, while products covered by the 30-day trial may be used according to the trial terms.
